The Taconic Hotel in Manchester is the latest business to sign up for food scrap collection by Dorset Compost. Dorset Compost worked closely with management and the kitchen to streamline the separation of food scraps. Dorset Compost provides clean totes and buckets to fit the needs of its customers. Scraps are picked up multiple times a week and processed at our Vermont licensed compost facility at our farm in Dorset.
